1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Business Identity

Spotlight Media LLC may send SMS/text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling or rescheduling updates, project-related communication, billing or account reminders, customer support messages, client service notifications, and other communications related to the services you have requested or consented to receive.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number that sent you the message.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Return on advertising spend

Results may be affected by factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, advertising budgets, customer demand, client responsiveness, sales processes, and implementation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Deliverables

If you provide Spotlight Media with logos, photographs, videos, copy, testimonials, brand materials, business information, or other content for use in connection with our services, you represent that you own those materials or have permission to provide and use them.

You grant Spotlight Media a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and display those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the services you requested.

Where permitted by the applicable service agreement, Spotlight Media may also display completed client work—including work containing client logos or branding—in our portfolio, case studies, website, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials, including after the client relationship ends.

7. User Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, feedback, suggestions, or other material to Spotlight Media, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that material.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Spotlight Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such material for the purpose for which it was submitted and for reasonable business, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally publish confidential client information as promotional material without appropriate authorization.

8. Confidentiality

Spotlight Media may receive confidential or non-public information from clients in the course of providing services.

We will take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information and will not knowingly disclose it to unrelated third parties except:

- As necessary to provide our services

- To authorized contractors or service providers

- With the client’s permission

Clients are responsible for clearly identifying highly sensitive or confidential materials when necessary.

9. Client Accounts & Portal Access

Certain clients may receive access to a private client portal, project management platform, dashboard, or other account-based system.

You are responsible for:
